Katherine Pozza has been a licensed real estate professional since 1984 when she received her presidents gold award with Royal LePage.
In 1991 Katherine and her husband Bob decided to open what is today
Woodstock Action
Realty Ltd.. Now after 11 years Kathie has
received her Executive and 100% club awards. She is a member of the
Woodstock-Ingersoll Multiple Listing Board and has served on the "Professional Standards Committee" . Woodstock has a
population of approximately 30,000 and Kathie has seen many changes
during its development. She has been a Woodstock resident since 1959
and has lived in almost every area of Woodstock, including
surrounding villages and country properties. Having a husband and
two small children, she can answer any of your questions with
respect to schooling, activities offered in any area of just giving
everyday information on Oxford County. She has a great love for
